Data storage: The data collected through CAPI/CATI is stored at our paid account on SurveyCTO server at https://orgquest.surveycto.com. SurveyCTO has following features to ensure data security:

• Industry Leading Encryption: SurveyCTO always encrypts internet communications with Security Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which means data is always secure in transit. SurveyCTO also makes it easy to encrypt all data at the point of collection, using user-specific 2048-bit encryption keys. This way, not even SurveyCTO engineers can see the data.
• Device-side Data Redundancy: SurveyCTO stores all collected survey data on the device’s removable memory card and backs it up on the devices internal memory. That way, if a device fails, the data is safe on the memory card, and if a memory card fails, it is safe on the device.
• Server-side Data Redundancy: SurveyCTO server databases are mirrored 24×7 across multiple of Amazon’s data facilities. Continuous backups are restorable to any minute of any day in the last month.
